HomeServicesPrices About Gene Contact

Gene Rosen, a resident of Sandy Hook, CT for the past twenty years, is a retired psychologist who worked for several years in Newtown at Fairfield Hills State Hospital.

He, and his wife, Marilyn, are the happy owners of four stray cats, Leah, Max, Cleo and Wolfee. Leah was found over 10 years ago wandering the grounds of the Garner Correctional Facility in Newtown, while Max and Cleo are recent adoptees from the Danbury Animal Welfare Society in Bethel, CT. Wolfee found them and moved in all on his own! Today these fat cats can be found on any given day in one of their many favorite lazy cat hide-outs!

Gene first became interested in the pet-sitting business after having personally used a pet-sitting service. Both of the Rosens loved knowing that their "children" were left at home, in a safe, familiar environment, receiving wonderful care.

Gene believes at the heart of his pet-sitting service lies the basic commodity of trust and he looks forward to serving his friendly neighbors in Sandy Hook, Newtown and surrounding areas.
